Open, Modern and Team-Oriented

The culture at Deuce is a modern, team-oriented environment that works in a way that promotes our clients’ businesses, the evolution of our company and the lives of our employees. We keep regular office hours because most of our clients do, but we also feel that a work/life balance is really important. Therefore, we work in a way that allows flexibility for our team, but also maintains the professionalism and conveniences our clients expect and deserve.

Encouraging Collaboration

Our open concept office encourages collaboration and working together to make things happen in a dynamic and efficient way. When one of us is out of the office, clients know that they can pick up the phone and get any one of us to help them. We meet regularly to talk about every one of our projects and then again on specific project topics. Our team portal allows complete visibility for timelines, deadlines and project deliverables. We are a young, progressive company that values each other's opinions and look to one another to share our experience and ideas for the future. If you are interested in joining us, Email Us.

Aimee Heimbinder

Technically, she heads up the business side of things at Deuce. Aimee thrives on big “inspiration words”, coffee, bargain hunting and Day Glo as well as cooking and being extremely thorough. In fact, she is so descriptive about her culinary creations, we often find ourselves calling her house to make reservations.

Kristin Moses

Our no-nonsense creative director is as passionate about rescuing abandoned dogs as she is about rescuing abandoned design. An ideal day at the office includes working on projects that incorporate both. Her dry and quirky sense of humor is responsible for the name of her latest pet…New Dog.

Carissa Hempton

Carissa’s focus is conceptual investigation, development and design in print, web and brand identity as well as playing devil’s advocate. Carissa not only has the best BS (big scoop), she has the coolest concert poster collection and the greatest screen savers of anyone…ever.

Marcus Selander

Marcus keeps everybody in line and plays the role of a wickedly good (and handsome) gatekeeper. He is usually getting reprimanded for bringing too much candy in the office, but somehow it all gets eaten (which reminds us, we need to tell him about those mice).

Madelyn Fitzpatrick

Well-traveled, well-read, and well, the perfect addition to the Deuce team. When she isn’t writing, she's busy keeping projects moving, connecting people, crossing her t’s, and dotting her i’s. Known to get tipsy on olive oil in the name of market research— she’s proved to be a real team player. Dare her to try something new? Consider it done.

Ana Perez

That’s Ah-na, not Anna and she is the newest design maven to join the Deuce Crew. Ana brings a style & sensibility she likes to call “digital handmade”. It’s about taking something really organic and adding a spoonful of sleekness. And when she is not adding that spoonful of sleekness, she is adding a spoonful of sugar. She’s a master in the kitchen and we’re mad for her cupcakes. Red Velvet, please.
