Strategy
Deuce worked closely with the executive team at The Rand Group to understand the firm’s
process, expertise and current marketing communications tactics. Deuce recommended that
the firm be positioned as a specialist in accounting and business processes as opposed to
selling products. Deuce worked with the CEO to develop key messaging and a brand story
around the company’s expertise, which carried through to a web campaign, brochures and
event marketing collateral over the course of the next few years. |
Results
Over a three-year period, The Rand Group achieved Gold Partner status from Microsoft in addition to many other awards for outstanding service. They went from one office to four, opening up satellite offices in Austin, Atlanta and Chicago, tripling the size of their team and tripling revenues. |
